Self-care is so important and yet life makes remembering to actually do so very hard sometimes. Some of us focus on taking care of the needs of other people so much that we forget ourselves and end up getting burnt out. But guess what? It's time to take care of your needs. You deserve to be able to take care of yourself and just relax sometimes. Be selfish. Be for your happiness. Be for everything that makes you enjoy life more. That's self-care. And should someone try to make you feel bad about you taking the time out of your life to take care of yourself, well you do not need that type of negativity in your life.
