In a relationship keeping score on who did what, has no place. The very
moment you enter into a relationship and your teammate (spouse) scores,
the *team* gets a point. It's all about teamwork, so work as a team and
head into a bright future instead of trying to one up one another.
There's nothing wrong with pursuing a person who's clearly worth your time but there's also no need to waste anyone's time if you still want to be "selfish" that's not to say that you would treat the person badly but it will show that you're more invested in "you" than you are in "us" which isn't fair to anybody because regardless of how good or beautiful a relationship it is, its always going to come with compromises some bigger than others but the problem is a lot of people want to be 50/50 even when a relationship is supposed to be 100/100.
If you are in a relationship and for whatever reason you cannot seem find
the time to just simply spend some one on one time with your lover
something is definitely wrong, and quick communication must be made to
either rectify the situation. Making time for one another IS love. That
is what its all about. Even with life constantly trying to pull you two
apart both must simply tell life NO and show your partner just how much
they mean to you. Intimacy is also communication.
